Hello,
I have an unlimited sites PluginBuddy Developer but I cannot generate a new key for a new site (and I have only 5 managed licenses)... What can I do ? Everytime I got an error message saying that I have generated all the keys I have available or my license have expired.
BackupBuddy is not part of PluginBuddy ?

please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the License issues forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/175-licensing-issues/

Unfortunately this was what I tried first and my login did not work. If I connect to the membership area with my ID "nausica", no problem. On the forum, no way...
