With BBuddy developer lic, can I provide the backup file and the restore part of the program to a client and they can restore?

Hi Chuck,
With a full backup of a site and an importbuddy.php file (downloaded from BackupBuddy and assuming they know the password attached to that importbuddy.php file) someone could restore/migrate the site. It would still need to get a license attached to it for automatic updates and support, though it would work.
