Hi, I am trying to install ContactBuddy on an Agency (theme) WordPress blog. Directions are straightforward, however I keep receiving a reCAPTCHA error. I've tried uninstalling ContactBuddy and reinstalling it. I've tried resetting the public and private keys. No luck.
Please advise. Thanks much,

Hi Connie,
this is an error in the recaptcha module, which is beyond our control (we just embed it). Check these resources and see if that helps: https://www.google.com/search?&q=recaptcha+Input+Error%3A+K%3A+Format+Of+Site+Key+Was+Invalid
