Can't Login To Backup Buddy Support Form

I can't seem to get access to the support forum. I get an "[#10221] You do not have permission to view the member listing." error.
Please let me know how I can resolve this issue and get access to the support forum.

Note that you are currently not signed in to the forum. I checked your forum profile (login name: crabbydigital), and it seems to be setup just fine. When you're signed in, which forum are you trying to access?

your forum profile and permissions are fine, make sure that you use your username (and not e-mail address) when signing in.
