Blue Essence - Featured Sections On Homepage

I'm working on a webpage for a client running Blue Essence 2.6.2 and am trying to find out how to edit/add/delete the 'Featured Sections' on the home page. I've looked through these forums and haven't found a clear answer. I did see a post that directed to to the widget section but have been unsuccessful.

Can you assist?

I don't have a login. The client's website is preexisting and the ones who purchased and installed the theme are no longer with the company. We just need a little help.
