My backup buddy is not able to backup, and keeps giving me information as ping and wait for server. How can I fix this problem?

Why is it that Google can direct me to this page to get the answer, but then I cannot even view the answer (even though I'm signed in already) without clicking on Ronald's link and having to research for the answer again? This is a huge annoyance!

Hi,

This is the support forum for ServerBuddy plugin. Serverbuddy is a free plugin, therefor it's support forum is publicly accessible, and will be indexed by bots such as Google's. We only handle questions that are related to ServerBuddy plugin, and questions related to other products I kindly ask the poster to post in the appropriate forum.

The BackupBuddy support forum is members only, and can only be accessed using a valid username and password, and for that reason, the BackupBuddy forum will (can) not be indexed by search engines.

Hope that clarifies,
Ronald
