How Do I Get Rid Of Small Triangles Above Tabs?

The Tabber Widget displays small black triangles above each tab in a Tabber Widget in both IE9 and FireFox.  How do I get rid of the triangles and their associated borders to raise the tabs to where the triangles are now displayed?
