Nothing Is Showing Up

Hello,

I just installed Ajax Edit Comments and it looks great, exactly what I am looking for.
However when I update the settings and try to edit a comment, the icons/options aren't there.
I read the FAQ and pasted the Jquery enqueue, it now looks like this:

<!-- Start WP_HEAD
   ================================================== -->
<?php wp_enqueue_script('jquery'); ?>
<?php wp_head(); ?>

But it doesn't work yet. Can you help me?
What do I do wrong?
