I just wanted to say a big thank you to iThemes for Backup Buddy. It has been a god send.
A few months ago hackers started an unrelenting hacking campaign on all my sites, and all of my client's sites - how or why I was targeted is completely unknown.
Whilst I've added additional security measures, I realised that if a site is hacked, I need to get it back up quickly, and so that is why I bought Backup Buddy.
Backup Buddy wasn't fully functional on my existing hosting, so I setup new hosting, and now it works brilliantly. I've set up backup schedules and it's great that the files can be sent to a remote destination. I breathe a sigh of relief when I get those emails telling me a scheduled backup has occurred.
The hack attacks are still ongoing. It's frustrating but I don't know what I'd do if there wasn't a product like Backup Buddy available. Great job and thank you!
