Vid Embed Ideal Video Length

I have Vid Embed, WishList Member, and use S3 for my video hosting.

I've created a video (approx 1 hr in length) and am hosting it with Amazon's S3.

The video shows on the page, but is not playing. Just a black screen. The controls are showing, but inside the 'video screen' is black.

I'm using WP 3.3.2, the video is FLV. Viewing in Firefox.

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer!

When you do, can you also tell me what page the video you're having trouble with is on?  I didn't see any videos that weren't working when I looked at your site.
