Hi all,

I've had the PluginBuddy Developer license for two years and it is due to expire in 3 days. I've only ever used the BackupBuddy plugin so when I renew, I'd like to purchase the BackupBuddy Unlimited instead of the PluginBuddy Dev. license.

My question is...will all my current BackupBuddy instances still retain their current license keys?

I just want to make sure I'm not setting myself up for some manual re-licensing hassles if I change my subscription plan;)

Hi Adam,

first of all, to retain licenses, you have to renew before expiration. I've asked the "License Expert" (dev) to confirm this is also the case when changing products, since I am not 100% sure. He will respond asap,

Ronald

Hey Adam,

This won't be a problem.  As long as you have an active BackupBuddy subscription in your account before the PluginBuddy Dev Suite expires your keys will continue to work.

Also, in looking at your licenses I noticed you also have a few keys generated for VidEmbed, SlideShow, and LoopBuddy.  I wanted to make sure you're aware that these will no longer function when your Dev Suite subscription expires.

Thanks for the replies guys, I will head over and update and change products. Good to know they'll still be active.

p.s. Thanks for the heads up on the other plugins, I won't be needing them:)
