Hi, I'm not a customer yet, and I am using the trials which I am very grateful for!
Scenario
My client uploads 12 new video every week. We currently use JWPlayer with an XML playlist and crossdomain.xml because the videos have their separate hosting account (unlimited bandwidth, shared)
I am testing out the builder and the Video Showcase plugin. I created a new group called "horoscopes" and added two self hosted videos in MP4 format that rare hosted on that remote domain. (Your trial system won't let me upload my smallest video to try them locally.) I also added custom thumbnail images by uploading and selecting.
Problems:
When I add the short code to a test page, the text titles show up, but not the thumbnail images.
When I click the text links, I get the pop up, but it displays the 404 page with the header, etc.
How can I test with my existing videos?
