I have purchased backupbuddy but my member details don't seem to be working in this forum...
I've had no problems in heaps of other sites, but in this one when I go to Backbuddy > Backup & Restore in the admin, the page has trouble loading. Occassionally it will timeout, but usually it will load with the top admin bar missing, the list of previous backups missing, and this line:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/nextinct1234/nextinct.com/wp-admin/includes/class-pclzip.php on line 4413
I've found that if I go in via FTP and delete the old backups, the page loads just fine. I thought that it was a bad or large old backup that was causing the issue, but as soon as I did a new full backup it started happening again. If there's only a database backup, it loads fine. The site is not overly large, ~350mb. I can't find any mention of this specific issue in the documentation.
This site is hosted on Dreamhost, which I know is not ideal. I do have other sites hosted on Dreamhouse that work fine with Backupbuddy, but they are not as large. The backup files themselves are fine and useable, it's just annoying having to access them via ftp instead of being able to view them on the admin page. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
