When I click on insert link, it only gives me the option to insert a hyperlink to a URL.

please use the appropriate theme board for your support request, and add a link to your site. You need to log into the forum or the membership site first.
We do not provide theme support on the pre-sales forum, as we've indicated in the header of the forum here http://ithemes.com/forum/index.php?/forum/17-pre-sales-and-other-inquiries/
