Problem After Upgrade

After the Upgrade for BackupBuddy 3 I get the following announcement: There appears to be an unauthorized attempt from this site to access your database located at http://honnefshopping.de. The attempt has been halted.

What can I do?

Hi Rainer,

Could you please login to the forum (using the same username and password you use for your member area) and post this question in the BackupBuddy forum?  That way we can get you the help that you need!

I'm having the same problem and I"m getting a message saying the administrator isn't accepting new registrations in the forum.  Can you help?

Hi,

our members only forum indeed does not allow manual registration. You should sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the relevant support forum,
