Need Support For Forum Login

Hi guys-
I'm trying to log a support issue with Backup Buddy v3 in the member forum, but my login credentials are not working.  It's weird because I can login to the members area to get the plugin, updates, etc. but when I use that same information to login to the backup buddy forum, I get "user not found" errors.

I've even tried password recovery with my email address and still get the same problem.

Is there someone I can email about this? i've been trying to find support about getting support, but it seems only accessable if I'm logged into the forums.
