Backup Buddy License Not Active

I just upgraded my wordpress installation to version 3.4.1 and after it finished, my Backup Buddy plugin displayed this message:

"License Key is not set yet or invalid. Manage your license for automatic upgrades. Plugin up to date."

I checked the license and it IS set, the license # is

4FECE8413YEE5766565427. The pop-up also states that "

This site is currently not licensed. Please generate a new license key for this site." But the current license is ACTIVE. How can I fix this??

Can you please login and post your question in the licensing issues forum?  You can login here using the same username and password as you use to get to your iThemes member area.
