please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Architect or Builder support forum (depending on which Architect theme you are using),

Thanks. I signed in, then clicked on your link to the Architect forum and got this message "[#103139] You do not have permission to view this forum." even though it shows I was signed in. My original invoice number was 11484. How do I get access? I'm trying to resolve a customer issue. Can you email me the answer? mark (at) speedysites dot net?

your product membership details (associated with the login with which you posted this support request) do not show a current subscription for Architect (it expired June 2011). Such a subscription entitles you to premium support, and product upgrades. In order to help us help you in the most efficient manner you should post your support requests using a login which shows your entitlement for support of this product.
If your subscription has expired we would request that you renew your membership.
Please note that if you have multiple logins associated with different products we can merge those into one if this would be more convenient for you.
