Came to buy BackupBuddy; could be persuaded to add DisplayBuddy.

I have significant display investment in NextGen, but am not the happiest of campers about its support. Will the various plugins in the DisplayBuddy collection play well with my NextGen archives, or will I have to load everything to the MediaLibrary (which would be a deal-killer)?

Did not find this answer in the FAQ.

thx

Hi Karen,

Unfortunately, most of the DisplayBuddy plugins use the WordPress Media Library.  There are some, like Billboard for instance, that don't use the Media Library, you just upload images, but for the most part they are reliant on the Media Library.

Hope this helps!

Thanks,

Elise
