Hi,

I use Back Up Buddy 1.3.7

Not had an issue in the past, however I now get errors doing a full back up (database works) always at 2.04Mb.

Creating site settings backup...
Creating database backup...
................................................................
............................................................................
........................
Storing full backup to a single archive...
Only excluding BackupBuddy backups directory ...

Native zip function unavailable or failed: Backup file couldn't be created without entering slower compatibility mode.
Falling back to compatibility method. Note that this method is slower and cannot exclude directories.
Backup Complete

However when I look at the back ups it says status is 'Invalid Zip Format or In Progress'

my host says they already have the PHP Zip on the server. have extended my memory as well in the past. (though I see above it says native Zip unavailable)

Can anyone offer any advice on what could be the issue. I am not an expert in the back end!

thanks

Peter
