Hi Support,

When I run the backup in BackupBuddy the site got crashed. Can you suggest in this regard.Can you give the steps to avoid this in future.

Hi priya,

Can you login to the forum (should be the same username and password you use for your iThemes member panel login) and post your question in the BackupBuddy forum?  They'll be able to help you out there.  Just be sure to give them as much information as possible.
