You can view Builder's demo sites, if you'd like, on the "Showcase" tab http://ithemes.com/purchase/builder-theme/
There are also several screen-shots of the backend of Builder, and a video showing you the layout engine.
Is that what you're were looking for?
There won't be traditional theme demos, like on our other themes, for Builder because the front end will look different depending on the layout, child theme, and changes each person makes to their Builder site.
