I purchased the Builder Foundation Pack back in March 2012.
I'm interested in upgrading to the Builder Developer Pack.
How do I do that, and what's my investment?

To do that you, you just need to contact email@example.com and they'll help you out. If you upgrade during your same subscription year, you typically just pay the difference between the package you've already purchased and the one you're upgrading to.
