I notice my subscriptions have ended with backup buddy so I would like to know does this mean I now dont have access to any support both themes and also support forums?

So do I need to by the product again to get help with using the plugin?

I have loged into the forums but cannot see the backupbuddy forum.

Members will have access to downloads and support forum only for those products that they have active subscriptions to.

For example if you currently do not see BackupBuddy in your Member Panel, and you wish to download it and/or access its support forum you must renew your subscription for BackupBuddy.
