Answering Questions

could you please add a link to the question you are referring to? We do sometimes miss one, for which we apologise. If that happens, you could just add a reply to that particular topic, so it's on top of the list again.
I also see that you have several posts in Webdesign.com forum. Note that the Webdesign.com forum and it's sub-forums is not a support forum, and not frequently visited by the iThemes or PluginBuddy support staff. Support for iThemes products (themes) or PluginBuddy products (plugins) should go in their appropriate forums.
hope that clarifies,
Ronald

If you are referring to the posts you've made in the PluginFocus - bbPress and Adding Post Formats To Your Wordpress Site threads, I've notified Benjamin about your posts there. We transitioned forum software earlier this year, so it is likely that Benjamin is not following either of those threads and thus was not alerted to your posts there.

As it is a community driven forum, I can't speak for that community. The main point I was trying to make that for technical issues, bugs and support requests re. iThemes themes or PluginBuddy plugins, you can expect a support moderator from our team to try and help you out (within the scope of our support) provided that those support requests are posted in the relevant iThemes or PluginBuddy forums (Builder questions in the Builder forum, BackupBuddy questions in the BackupBuddy forum etc.). That is the support we promise.
To see "what the point" is of the webdesign.com forum, and how it's being used, please browse through the forum. If you feel it's of no use to you, don't use it. If you think you can contribute, help others, add whatever it is you wish to add, feel free to do so. If you have a question that is not necessarily tied to one of our products, feel free to post in in that forum, so that perhaps others might offer their help.
