This shouldn't be an issue, but I see you have a current subscription to BackupBuddy. Try logging into the forum (using the same username and password you use for your iThemes member panel) and then post your question in the BackupBuddy forum. This is the forum for Ajax Edit Comments, so you need to post in the appropriate forum to get the best answers.
