Need Licenses PleaseSales Support

I have been trying to get in touch with Sales all afternoon to complete the processing of my PayPal payment for the Wed Design Toolkit. I still don't see this active in my subsilio account. Please help me because I really need to access the themes ASAP. Thanks,
