I'm unable to recreate this here. What other settings do you have applied?
When you click "update settings" does the page refresh and display "settings successfully updated" at the top of the screen?
Have you cleared your cache?
Could you try saving them using a different theme such as Twenty Eleven?

Because of some mistake I dont find my settings tab y my dashboard. How can I get it?
