I am a Consultant that is not able to make changes to my client's site.
She has Builder Manager with the child theme Foundation.
1. Default Page change
Have tried changing default page in Settings, Reading and this doesn't change default page.
2. Right Sidebar
After changing the right side bar in many places including Appearance, Widgets, "My Theme" Widgets and "Appearance, Theme, Widgets" changes do not take (even after days)
Is the site locked in any way that I don't know about? I heard changes can take a while but it has been weeks. I've tried to make these changes and others to no avail. Thanks for any comments or suggestions.

Hi Lani,
Would you be able to get your client's login information for the forum? That way you can post your questions in the Builder forum, where you'll be able to get the answers you need.
I can tell you that in Builder (and WordPress), those changes typically happen instantly. There is no wait time. If your site has been locked somehow, that's something you'd need to discuss with your client as there is no locking feature in Builder.
Thanks,
Elise
