Before purchasing this plugin, I just need to know how is the order of the featured posts is set. Is the rotation continuous? That is, depending on the time that a user visits the page, post 2 may be displayed to the user on one visit, but if the user comes back to the page at another time, they may see post 4 or post 1 first. Thank you in advance for any insight.

Hi,
the rotation scripts initiates when the page loads, and will always start with the first image, regardless of when the user visits the page,
