Hi,

We have backupbuddy and I'm having trouble - it seems to be backing up but it won't send the files (neither db only or full) by ftp and will only send the db only files by email (not the full back up). I'd like them to be updated on the ftp, not sent by email. I assumed that if you say send by ftp they are uploaded to ftp and replace the old files that are there - is that no so?

Hi BB,

Can you login with your username and password (should be the same you use for your iThemes member panel) and post your question in the BackupBuddy forum please?
