I bought a Backup Buddy 2 back in the days. Now I want the new version. I logged in and thought it would be some kind of disscount for version 3. Must I pay the whole prise again for version 3?

Your purchase of BackupBuddy includes 1 year of plugin updates and access to the support forum. If your year subscription has expired, you will need to renew your subscription in order to update to version 3. You can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information on our customer loyalty discount.
