Is There A Difference Between Drafted And Revised Theme?

hi, i'm setting up a personal blog. i most proably will go for the revised child theme. is there a difference other than the color between the drafted theme and the revised theme?

thanks for the fast reply.

one more question. in the post you linked me to i found this information: "Get iThemes Builderand immediate free access to all 38 child themes." does that mean if i buy builder i get 38 child themes? if yes, which child themes are we talking of? i've already bought city church child theme with builder. but i only got the one child theme (city church) with builder that time.
