Hi Luke,
You can't actually register for this forum. When/if you purchase any iThemes/WebDesign.com products, you'll be given access to the forums for those particular products.
There isn't an app, but with the Full Membership, you are able to download MP4s of the webinars. So you can view them on anything that will play MP4s.
