Followed video and uploaded import buddy present on old website, yet new domain won't open, the domain I want to migrate to. I get an Internal Server error and a 500 Internal Server error. Hostgator has varified that all is well on their end and imports are in correct places.

Hi Nick,
Can you login to the forum (should be the same information you use to login to your iThemes member panel) and post this in the BackupBuddy forum? That's where you'll need to go to get help with this issue.
Thanks,
Elise

Thanks, Elise. Sales advised me to post here. My license expired a month ago so I cannot access the BackupBuddy forum. I will consider renewing my license if I can get this migration to work, which Sales told me I could do with an expired licensee.
