Purchased Builder but have not received download link

Hi,

I purchased Builder at 11:43 am PDT, April 11, 2010. I have not yet received the link to download Builder.

Could you please send me the link to download ASAP? I am trying to get a website built urgently.

It takes time for payments to be processed, that is beyond our control. If you are unsure, please contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail, and they will get you sorted!

PayPal said the payment cleared yesterday (Sunday). But we still haven't received the link to download Builder...
