I bought a 10 pack of BB licenses in March 2011. I haven't used them, but want to do so now.
But when I just logged into my ithemes acct I got this message:
You have no active subscriptions
Please use Add/Renew subscription form
to order or renew subscription.
I don't want to add or renew anything. I just want access to the 10 licenses i bought.
Can someone help me do this?

Hi Ritch,
Your subscription is only good for one year, so if you purchased in March of 2011, your subscription expired March 2012. Your licenses are good for that year only. You can continue to use BackupBuddy as you have done in the past, you just won't be able to license the plugin. The license will not effect the functionality of the plugin in anyway. So, you can continue to install BackupBuddy and use it on any site you'd like. You just will no longer have the ability to license the plugin nor will you have access to support or to plugin updates.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Elise
