I've uploaded the tabber widget to two different sites. For some reason it does not display after I add it to the widget sidebar within the Appearance>Widgets menu in the WP Dashboard. Also, in the adjustments for the widget within the Appearance>Widgets menu, there is a 'tabber' drop down selection beneath the optional title, and it does nothing when clicked.
I need some advice to get this thing working, if it still works.

Have you created your Tabber group yet? If you had, the drop down selection would show the Tabbers that you'd created.
Where you'll find Tabber Widgets depends on what theme you're using. For instance, if you're using Builder, you'd go to My Theme > Tabber Widgets. If you're using TwentyEleven, you'd find it in Tools > Tabber Widgets.
