Hi I have 2 questions:
I'm considering BackupBuddy mainly so I can easily duplicate sites onto a new domain.
1) Is this a seamless process, taking care of everything when it comes to making sure the domain works and all links are linking etc?
2) Many of my links and images are complete paths, rather than relative paths. So doing this transfer manually, Id need to manually change all these. Does BackupBuddy change these as well?
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,
1. Seemless assuming server works, though also depends on what you mean by "seamless". To migrate will need to remove old WordPress installation at the destination site (if there is one) and have a blank database ready to be import into (either create a new one or wipe the old one to re-use it).
2. Links and images that are full URL paths are updated that are in the database. Hardcoded links in the HTML files are not updated automatically though.
Thanks,
