Do you mean iThemes Builder? If so, no. Builder is the foundation theme and then you would use one of the Builder child themes on top of that. So, if you have a Genesis theme for example, you can't run it on Builder.

I am not happy with the product. Where do I go to being the process of returning the items and getting a refund.
