Yes, you need a Builder subscription so that the Builder and child theme downloads show up in your membership page. Depending on your subscription, and during the (annual) subscription period you can download the single child theme you purchased, or all Foundation child themes (Foundation pack) or all existing and future child themes (Developer Pack). I have a similar question…
I use Builder Core + Builder Child Default, if a buy Builder Core again will the Child Default be ready for download as well or I have to buy both?
Do I need to update Builder Core + Builder Child Default Theme?

please @all, open a new topic with your questions. We have an entire forum for pre-sales questions, not just this topic.
@deejaymarcio, I also think your question has been answered, via e-mail, and in another topic.
@ghungbub, you can create any menu you like using the standard WordPress menu functionality. Builder is and behaves "just" like a WordPress theme like others. You're free to define and setup your entire layout, on a pre-page basis if you want to, so there is no such thing as "original Americana Interstate". We demo the theme in such a way that you get an idea of how it could look, but If you want your footer at the top, and the header image at the bottom, you can do so. If you want 3 footers, 6 navigation menu's, 4 levels nested, no problem.

Sorry this Builder thing is so new to me. Meaning that if I want to create Americana Interstate from scratch, I can too? Meaning that all demo themes can be created from scratch ? Meaning that all WP themes seen in the internet can be clone with Builder if you want to?

Hi,
yes, theoretically, and depending on your design and coding skills. You can see our (current) child themes in the portfolio, all themes are based on Builder, can be used as a starting point. And, our own site ithemes.com is based on Builder.
