Timed Out Error

Hello, I am using backup buddy and when I have the back up floder clicked and hit the next button on the first step all it does is sit there and then I get a  "504 Gateway Time-out " error. What am I doing wrong. I have my zipped file in my hosting database. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John,

Can you please login (it should be the same username and password you'd use to login to your iThemes member panel) and post your question in the BackupBuddy Forum.  The moderators will be able to help you there.
