if you have pre-sales (pricing, membership details etc,) related questions, you can post them here, that is fine.

there is no webdesign.com membership associated with the username Dean2012. If you think that is an error, please contact sales@ithemes.com by e-mail with details, they should be able to help you further.
It is also the reason you don't have access to the webdesign.com forum.
