Backupbuddy & Generate Key Issue

Hi, I've just bought backupbuddy, installed it and works perfectly, the only issue is that it says that my licenses are not valid and that i need to generate them.

I go into the plugin settings, login in the form using the backupbuddy user/password and then i say generate key.

As a result it throws me: "You have already generated all the keys you have available or your licenses have expired. Please obtain additional licenses or unlicense a site. ERROR L14513-JW"

but this is incorrect as this is the very first time I try to generate the license key... what to do?
