Hello,
I was wondering if the Flexx themes support Flash headers? I know they have javascript or Ajax transitions currently, but a client requested some cool Flash animations in the header. Additionally, does Flexx support a static homepage ala Architect? I have some other themes from another provider right now that disable that...

If the Flexx theme does not do Flash & a static home page, which themes do? I'm looking for a good, customizable theme that does both. Any example sites would be appreciated if you have them. Thanks.

Hi,
Flexx allows you to upload image files (jpeg, gif, png, probably bmp as well), which will then be used in the "flash-like" rotating images script, powered by Javascript (jQuery), a lot of fancy php and css. You can not upload swf objects into the featured images script (as we call it).
You can however replace the entire funtionality from flexx and add whatever it is you want to add, plugin code, your own flash, embed code .. ) That implies replacing 1 line of code, and we're here to help you with it.
A static home page is standard WordPress functionality, and as such also incorporated into Flexx.
So I see no objections there regarding your requirements.
You might want to have a peek at our new Flagship product Builder as well though,
Hope this clarifies, let us know when you have more questions,Ronald
