I'm trying to access the remote destinations page and I'm face with an error.  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/pearsonr/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/destinations/stash/init.php on line 443

I removed backup buddy and reinstalled and the issue is the same.

I tried to visit the forum by logging into my ithemes account and then moving to the forum and it says I'm not logged in and it doesn't like my login and password.

So I've resorted to leaving a note here.

Can somebody tell me why I'm getting this error on the Remote Destinations page?

Hi,

on the error, the message indicates that the memory limit size in the php configuration needs to be increased. On signing in, what is your iThemes username that you use to sign into the forum?

That did the trick!  Thanks.. I was looking for the solution under the BackupBuddy Troubleshooting...

Hi,

your forum profile looks fine, and so do the permissuions for BackupBuddy forum. Are you using your username and password to sign in (sometimes, people use their e-mail address for username). What is the error message you get when signing in?
