Can Loopbuddy Display Custom Field Values On A Custom Post ?

Hi,
Can Loopbuddy display Custom Field values on a Custom Post without me touching any code ?
If not can I do this with the Builder Pods integration ? I can't find any docs for that.
If not with Pods or Loopbuddy can I use wp Types/Views in Builder?

Hi Chris,

It is possible to use Custom Fields, PODs, etc., with LoopBuddy.  Whether or not you'll never have to touch code....you won't necessarily have to, but I can't guarantee that unfortunately.  You can read some about working with custom fields in the LoopBuddy codex (http://ithemes.com/codex/page/LoopBuddy#Add_content_from_a_custom_field_to_a_layout) and also in the WordPress codex (http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/get_post_custom).  

While I can't guarantee you won't have to ever touch code, that's what the forum is here for.  We're happy to help you out.

Hi,
I just watched the 1hr video and it shows using meta tags in loopbuddy layout editor to display custom field values on the page.
Have i misundertsood this as it seems to be the no-code option ?

Hi Chris,

It is possible, as I said previously, that you'll never have to touch code, I just can't guarantee that you won't.  It all just depends on what exactly it is that you're trying to accomplish and how you decide best to do so.

You most likely won't have to touch code, but if you do the forum moderators are here to help you out.

Ah ok I understand. Weird how such a powerful feature is hidden in a 1hr video though, no ?
There's no way to tell from the Loopbuddy product page or the Loopbuddy codex page that the feature exists.
