Need help with tabber widget

If you go to my site <a href="http://scott-bowling.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://scott-bowling.com</a> and scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the 4 widget sections.

As you look at the first one you will see a darker orange on the bottom because I have three items listed there. I would to be able to remove that and have it all be the same as the rest of the orange.

What I would like to do is setup the tabber widget for those widgets but and for an example in the first one where themes, plugins and tips is located I would like to have that be the heading for each under Setup Your Blog. Under themes as an example I would like to put a logo of the different themes I recommend and them be links to my affiliate page for them. Plugins just want to list a few of my favorites and under Tips may be add a video and some text.

Would do something similar for the other three widget areas. Could someone walk me through being able to do that?
