need to use Boat Plug in from http://codecanyon.net/, I asked the developer if it can be used with Builder. and his replied below. Is it true?
You will most definitely have issues because Builder does not support Custom Post Type additions that our plugin would be adding. Any plugin that adds Custom Post Type options to a theme that utilizes a "Page Builder" will not work properly.

Based on the feedback from the developer, I don't think that he knows exactly how Builder functions. I'm not familiar with the Boat Plugin, so I can't offer any guarantees.
From what the developer said, it sounds like the plugin uses custom post types. Builder works very well with custom post types. For instance, Builder integrates very well with Pods, which makes heavy use of custom post types.
