Addington Theme

I have installed the Addington Theme on bundesligalive.tv. However, on the Home page I always receive this error:

Warning: imagecreatefromstring() [function.imagecreatefromstring]: gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: in/home/thoal/public_html/bundesligalive.tv/wp-admin/includes/image.phpon line162

<span style="font-weight: normal">What am I doing wrong?</span>

appropriate (Addington) theme forum.
